Bone health is often taken for granted until a bone is broken, or when diagnosed with osteoporosis which becomes a likely occurrence as we grow older.
In fact, building healthy bones during childhood & teens is important to help prevent osteoporosis and fractures later in life. Why is this so?

How does one get enough proteins from a plant based veg diet?

Our body make all but nine of the 22 amino acids that make up proteins. These nine amino acids are called “essential” amino acids and must be derived from food. So where can we get these 9 essential amino acids.?
Meat protein is said to have complete protein - which means that all 9 essential amino acids are present in the correct proportion and is sought as the best source of complete protein.
The term 'incomplete protein' refers to foods such as plant proteins - which have all the essential amino acids, but are low in one or more of them- except for soy & quinoa, which are complete proteins.
It is important to correct a mis-perception here:
While meat proteins have complete proteins, it is also very easy to get complete proteins from plant proteins if we eat healthy variety of good protein building foods.
